Supply

A noise haven to provide a comfortable working environment for the operators.

Special Requirements

The haven was deigned to be suspended from the roof of the steel mill overlooking the process. The pulpit was fitted with an internal suspended ceiling, RCD protected electrical plug sockets and an air conditioning system.

Performance

The haven was designed to reduce internal noise levels; resulting in a daily personal exposure level below the lower action value of 80 dB(A) in accordance with the ‘Control of Noise at Work Regulation 2005’
