Wakefield Acoustics employs new apprentice
Continuing the company’s ongoing commitment to future staff development Wakefield Acoustics has recently recruited a new staff member to its successful apprenticeship programme.
Luke Sykes joins the company and will study on a day release programme at KITS (Kirklees Industrial Training Services) over a four year period where he will undertake an apprenticeship in Sheet Metal and Fabrication achieving City and Guilds Level 3 in fabrication and welding.
Wakefield Acoustics already employs a high number of apprentice trained sheet metal workers and fabricators and operates a successful apprenticeship scheme as well as an active policy of continued professional development across all areas of the business.
