We are currently recruiting for the following:

• Industrial Paint Sprayer:
  • Airless spray application techniques.
  • Cleaning/Preparation of surfaces prior to paint.
  • Carry out Dry Film Thickness readings.
  • Maintaining technical paint equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order at all times.
  • Safely disposing of chemical waste.
  • Ensuring that high safety standards are met at all times.
  • Using viscosity cups and thickness gauges to measure the amount of paint to be used.
  • Completing all QC/QA documentation.

• Welder/Fabricator
  • FULLY-SKILLED:
    • Working from engineering drawings unsupervised
    • MIG/TIG weld framework, steel work, panel work
    • Working with Mild steel /Stainless steel
    • Working with all thicknesses of material
    • Work Quality conscious – to be able to adapt to jobs that require powder coating, wet paint finishes etc.
    • Knowledge of basic Sheet metal machinery (Guillotines, band saw, pillar drill etc.)
    • Be able to assemble jobs
    • (This goes hand in hand with our work at times)
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be able to work safely – following all health & safety guidelines, along with inhouse cleanliness workshop requirements
    • Overhead crane experience is advantageous
    • (WA can provide training if not)
    • Forklift training
    • Must be punctual and follow all rules and requirement
• • SEMI-SKILLED
    • Work with basic supervision
    • Basic understanding of engineering drawings
    • MIG welding experience
    • Working with Mild Steel Understand work quality requirements
    • Must be a team player
    • Must be able to work safely – following all health & safety guidelines, along with inhouse cleanliness workshop requirements.
    • Must be punctual and follow all rules and requirements
